Like a boss
It’s been a while since I made Chicken Goujons, but seeing as I’m back on the cooking bandwagon I thought I’d dust off this classic recipe and add an Italian cheese edge.
2 chicken breasts
2 slices of bread
1. Set the oven to preheat to 200 degrees. Thinly slice the chicken, before blending 2 slices of bread (white or brown, it matters not) and cracking and whisking 2 eggs in a bowl.
Serve with whatever you choose. I went with broad beans, green beans and asparagus before adding dipping sauces of ketchup, mayo and sweet chilli! Bonza!
